X-200

X-200 can be used full strength on tile, grout, cement, compactor or liquid smells under the compacter, or on walls in a grease room or trash baskets. After applying, wash down with water rinse off within 24 hours. Make sure that the back wall and side walls of the toilet areas have been covered with  X-200 since urine splashes there also. Some bubbling may occur as urine comes out of the tile, grout or affected area. A non-detectable protective coating is left on the surface area. This will reactivate and protect the area against new urine odors from taking hold.

X-200 contains organic acids that react with and break down organic materials like urine, sewage and fuel oils. X-200 is a water-based, acetic-detergent emulsifier neutralizer polymer. X-200 surfactants emulsify residuals for easy clean up. X-200 is a bio-sensitive odor control solution producing a subtle and natural residual odor.

X-200 charged chemical toilets stay deodorized longer and clean in half the time. X-200 defouls sludge pumps while emulsifying sludge fluids.

X-200 can be applied with carpet cleaners, airless, pressure and hand sprayers or general washdown methods. X-200 is concentrated and can be diluted as necessary to clean and deodorize surfaces. X-200 can be reapplied in a 5-gallon water wash. Approximately 1 quart to a 5-gallon water wash can be applied every day, 2nd or 3rd day depending on the volume use of the area. Make sure that all of the area where there are odor-causing molecules has been treated with X-200.

X-200 is USDA approved for use in food-handling areas and is non-toxic, non-flammable, environmentally safe and easy to use.
X-200 is used to clean and deodorize food-handling areas (manufacturing, food service, or restaurant), bathrooms, urine-saturated hard and soft surfaces, fuel spills, garbage and holding containers, food-handling equipment, galleys, kennels, pet stinks and anywhere organic decomposition/decay odors exist.

X-200 can be applied through cleaning equipment, or with airless, pressure, tank, hand sprayers or wash-down methods. X-200 can be educed into fire hose systems for bulk disaster restoration.

X-200 can be added to washers to treat textiles and clothing. It can also be applied with carpet cleaners. It is concentrated and can be diluted as necessary.
